Dr. Joy’s Golden Recipe Collection
Low Fat, Fast Hummus
Place the Following in Blender:
1 15 ounce can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
2 Tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 Garlic clove, peeled and diced
1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro or parsley, remove stems
Dash of Coconut Liquid Aminos or lite Soy Sauce
Optional: 1 Teaspoon Olive oil.
Add just enough water to blend. You want to get it to spreading consistency.
