Fresh Salsa in Minutes!
Place in Blender or Food Processor:
6 ripe Roma tomatoes
1/4 Cup fresh cilantro or parsley, remove stems
1/2 medium red onion
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 or 1 whole Serrano chili pepper (seeds are hottest part)
Dash of Coconut Liquid Aminos or lite Soy Sauce
Use pulse action to prevent puree. You want small chunks.
