Crustless Cinnamon Apple Cobbler
Prepare the Following Ingredients:
1 cup raisins, plumped (soak in hot water 20min., save water)
6 medium sweet baking apples, peeled, cored, sliced thin. (Braeburn, JonaGold or Gala)
1 cup chopped nuts (pecan, almond or walnut)
Fold together in large bowl. Pour into glass casserole dish with lid.
Slowly add 2Tbsp. Tapioca starch to 3 Tbsp. water to make paste.
Add 1/2 teaspoon each: cinnamon and fresh nutmeg to paste.
Slowly stir in plumping liquid and water to equal 1 1/2 cups total.
Pour over apple mixture in casserole dish.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
